Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery Area: All five boroughs of New York City and select parts of Long Island.
- Delivery Fees: Start at $12.99, calculated at checkout based on zip code.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available with at least 3 hours’ notice.
- Delivery Hours: Orders are delivered during business hours (9 AM – 7 PM). While we cannot guarantee exact times, we do our best to honor customer requests.
- Scheduling: Customers may choose their preferred delivery date and time at checkout.
- Special Instructions: Add notes for your driver during checkout (e.g., leave with doorman, call on arrival).
- Hospitals & Funerals: Please provide detailed information (room number, service time, etc.) so we can ensure timely delivery.
- Weather & Traffic Delays: Severe weather or traffic conditions may affect delivery times. We will notify you if your order is delayed.
- No Nationwide Shipping: We do not ship outside of our local delivery network.
Refunds & Redelivery
- Customer Presence: The customer (or recipient) must be present at the time of the scheduled delivery.
- If Delivery Cannot Be Completed:
- If we are unable to leave the order with anyone at the location (doorman, reception, neighbor, etc.), the items will be returned to Quinn Florist.
- The customer may pick up the order in-store during business hours, or
- Request redelivery the following day for an additional delivery fee.
- Refunds: Because flowers and plants are perishable, we cannot offer refunds for failed deliveries due to the recipient being unavailable, incorrect addresses, or refusal of the order.
